Illustrious 2011 will be held at the recently refurbished Hilton Birmingham Metropole, a 4-star hotel by the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) just 10 minutes travel from Birmingham International Airport.
The hotel has great facilities including a heated pool and jacuzzi. We will have more than 15 function rooms allowing us to run plenty of things to keep you occupied over the Easter weekend and with 790 bedrooms, including some family rooms, everyone who wants to stay on site should be able to.
We have negotiated special convention rates, for members only, on bedrooms, drinks and food:
- Single room:
- £60 per person per night
- Double and Twin:
- £50 per person per night
Under 15s accommodation is free if they are sharing with an adult. If they are in a connecting or separate room there is a 50% discount off the adult rate.
Catering for ages 0-4 is free, 5-15 is 50% off the adult rate.
Food and beverage prices will be published at a later date.
Hotel bookings will be opening within a month of the end of Odyssey, we will be sending details to registered members on how to book but if you haven't signed up yet (why not?!) please watch this space.
